Performance marketing for home-service contractors

You only pay for sales.

Rev share is our bread and butter. We build the marketing, fund the ads, and get paid a share of the jobs you actually close — nothing before that.

Need the rest of the shop too? We also do websites, SEO/AEO, and CRM implementation — same crew, same scoreboard.

Our bread and butter

Rev share.
We get paid out of the jobs you close.

Most marketing companies bill you a retainer on the first of the month and wish you luck. We'd rather take a percentage of the revenue you actually collect.

That means we're not selling you impressions, clicks, or a report full of graphs. We build and fund the whole machine — ads, landing pages, call tracking, follow-up — and we don't get paid until a homeowner signs and pays you.

It's a simple deal: if you don't make money, we don't make money. Nobody in this business tells you their fee is riding on your close rate. Ours is.

What you payLedger
  • Setup & onboarding$0
  • Ad spend (we fund it)$0
  • Landing pages & call tracking$0
  • Lead tracking & follow-up Our system, your login$0
  • Qualified appointment, no sale$0
  • Job closes and gets paidAgreed % of that job
Your rate is set before we start, based on your trade and ticket size — and it's the same rate on every job. You approve every term in writing. Cancel anytime. Everything above applies to your rev-share engagement — standalone website, SEO, and CRM work is quoted separately, one-time or monthly.
Included, no charge

You'll see everything we see.

No new software to buy, nothing to set up, nothing to keep up.

Every lead we generate lands in our system, and that's where we work it — the calls, the follow-up, the estimate chasing, the stage every deal is in. You get a login so you can look at any of it, any time: what came in, what we did with it, where it stands.

The one thing we need back is the outcome. When a job closes, mark it or tell us and we'll mark it. That's the number the whole deal runs on — so it's the one place we need you.

We put up the money

Ad budget, build, tracking, tooling — funded on our side. You don't wire a budget and hope. If a campaign burns cash before it works, that's our cash.

We only win when you get paid

Not on leads delivered. Not on clicks. On closed, collected revenue. If the leads are junk or the follow-up is broken, that's our problem to fix, not your invoice to eat.

We're on your side of the table

Bad appointments cost us money too — so we screen them out, we care about your close rate, and we'll tell you when the answer is "don't spend it here."

How it works

We take the risk. You take the jobs.

From the first click to the closed job, we run the whole machine — the ads, the follow-up, and the appointments that land on your calendar. You show up and close.

We run your numbers

Search demand in your market, what an appointment costs to generate, your ticket and close rate. If the math doesn't work, we say so.

We build & fund the lead engine

Ads, landing pages, call tracking — built and paid for by us, targeted to your service area. Your $300 activation credit goes straight into the first week of that spend, and comes back off your first invoice.

We work every lead

Every lead goes into our pipeline with automated follow-up behind it — texts, calls, estimate chasing — so nothing goes cold. You get a login to watch it happen.

Appointments hit your calendar

Every inquiry answered and screened. Real homeowners, real projects, booked into slots you control.

You close. We split it.

Our agreed percentage of the revenue on jobs you actually close. No close, no fee. That's the whole model.

CRM implementation

Leads don't die from bad marketing.
They die in a spreadsheet.

Our lead engine already tracks the jobs we send you. This is about everything else — the customers you've already got, the estimate you sent three weeks ago, the follow-up you meant to make Tuesday.

Most contractors we meet are running a real business out of a notebook, a text thread, and a tab called leads_final_v2.xlsx. We get you off that and onto something that tracks every deal, sends the messages for you, and stops good jobs from quietly dying.

Right now

The spreadsheet

  • Leads live in three places — phone, inbox, truck dashboard
  • "I'll call them back Tuesday" and then Tuesday happens
  • Estimates sent, never chased. Half of them would have signed.
  • No idea which jobs came from where, or what your close rate really is
  • Missed call at 4:40pm = job goes to whoever calls back first
After we build it

A pipeline that works while you're on a roof

  • Every lead in one pipeline, with a stage and an owner
  • Automated follow-up — text and email sequences until they answer
  • Missed-call text-back in seconds, so speed-to-lead stops being luck
  • Estimate follow-ups and reminders fire on their own
  • Review requests after every completed job
  • Real reporting: source, close rate, revenue per lead, what to spend more on

We'll work in whatever you already use — HubSpot, Go High Level, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro — or pick one with you and set it up from scratch. Migration, pipeline design, automations, and training your crew to actually use it are all part of the build.

Priced as a one-time build, with optional monthly management after if you'd rather we keep running it. Built in your account, so it's yours whether we're working together or not.

All-in-one shop

Rev share is the main event.
The rest of the shop is here when you need it.

Some contractors just want the phone to ring on a performance deal. Others need the website fixed, the map pack cleaned up, and their sales process built. We do all of it — you pick where to start.

Bread and butter

Performance lead generation

We build and fund the entire lead engine and take a share of the revenue on jobs you close. No retainer, no ad budget from you, no invoice for a job that never happened.

  • Google & Meta campaigns, funded by us
  • Landing pages, call tracking, and lead routing
  • Every call answered and screened before it reaches you
  • Appointments booked straight onto your calendar
  • One contractor per trade, per market

Website design & build

One-time build · optional monthly

A site built to book jobs, not to win design awards. Fast, mobile-first, and honest about what you do.

  • Conversion-first layout and copy
  • Service and service-area pages
  • Click-to-call, quote requests, booking
  • Hosting, speed, and maintenance handled

SEO & AEO

Monthly

The traffic you don't pay per click for. Ranking in Google and getting named when homeowners ask ChatGPT who to call is the same job now — search engine and AI engine optimization, run as one program.

  • Local SEO & Google Business Profile
  • Map pack and local rankings
  • Service-area pages that actually rank
  • Content structured so AI answers can quote it
  • Entity, citation, and schema markup
  • Tracking where you show up — and where you don't

CRM implementation

One-time build · optional monthly

Get off the spreadsheet. Every lead tracked, every follow-up automatic, every number visible — built in your account and yours to keep.

  • Platform selection and migration
  • Pipeline stages built around your sales process
  • Automated text/email follow-up sequences
  • Missed-call text-back and speed-to-lead
  • Reporting and crew training

Review generation

Monthly

Your reviews are the first thing a homeowner checks and the biggest lever in the map pack. We make asking automatic instead of something you remember on a good week.

  • Automatic review requests after every completed job
  • Text and email asks, timed to when they're happiest
  • Straight to your Google Business Profile — where homeowners look
  • Unhappy customers routed to you before they post
  • Help drafting responses to the ones that land
  • Monthly report on rating, review count, and pace

Rev share

Lead generation only. We fund the ads and get paid a share of the jobs you close. Nothing before that, ever.

One-time

Project build

Website, CRM setup, SEO foundation. A fixed fee agreed up front, and it's done when it's done.

Ongoing

Monthly management

Hosting, updates, SEO content, CRM admin, campaign management. A flat monthly for work we actually do each month — month-to-month, cancel any time.

Not everything has to be rev share. Website, SEO/AEO, and CRM work is priced one of two ways — a one-time fee to build it, or a flat monthly if you want us running it after. If we're already generating your leads, it's usually rolled in. We'll price it straight on the call.

Trades we serve

Built for the trades that build Main Street.

We focus on high-ticket home services where one good appointment pays for itself many times over.

🏠Roofing
🌡️HVAC & Furnace
🚪Garage Doors
🧱Foundation Repair
🌧️Gutters
Electrical
🔧Plumbing
🪟Windows & Siding

Your trade not listed? Book a demo anyway — if the numbers work, we'll build it. We only take one contractor per trade, per market.

Why not a regular agency?

A retainer pays them whether you eat or not.

You've hired an agency before, or bought shared leads. You know how both stories end.

Retainers & lead marketplaces

  • Invoice on the 1st, results optional
  • Your money funds the experiments
  • The same lead sold to 4–6 of your competitors
  • Reports full of impressions and "brand lift"
  • Nobody asks whether the job actually closed

Main Street Leads

  • We get paid out of closed revenue, or not at all
  • We fund the ad spend — our capital at risk
  • Every appointment is exclusively yours
  • One scoreboard: jobs closed and dollars collected
  • Your close rate is our revenue, so we help you raise it
  • Build and management priced straight — never dressed up as lead gen
Questions, answered straight

Fair questions.

What's the catch? Why would you fund my ads?

Because we only get paid when you close. Before we take a market, we run the numbers — search demand, what an appointment costs to generate, and your average ticket. If the math works, we fund the ads and take the risk. And since we only work with one contractor per trade, per market, a winning engine keeps paying us both. If we got the math wrong, that's our loss, not yours.

What percentage do you take?

It depends on your trade and ticket size, and we set it before we start — same rate on every job, in writing. On the demo we'll run your actual numbers so you can see what it costs you per job and what you keep. If the split doesn't leave you comfortably ahead, it's not a deal worth doing for either of us.

Do I pay anything to get started?

$300, once, at activation — after we've both agreed the deal on a call. It isn't a fee for our time and we don't keep it: it goes into the ad account for your market and buys your first clicks. It posts to your account as a credit and comes off your first invoice as a visible line item, so once you're billing it has cost you nothing. It's non-refundable, because by the time you'd ask it has already been spent on your ads. Nothing else is due up front — we fund the rest of the spend, and you don't pay us a dollar until a job closes.

So do you charge retainers or not?

Not for leads. You will never pay us a monthly fee to run your lead engine — we fund that and get paid out of closed jobs, or we don't get paid. But if we build your website or stand up a CRM for your business, that's a one-time project fee. And if you want us maintaining it after — hosting, updates, content, CRM admin, campaign management — that's a flat monthly, because that's real work every month. The line is simple: we don't bill you for results we haven't produced. We do bill you for work we do.

How do you know a job actually closed?

Because you tell us. Everything up to the appointment is tracked on our side — the ads, the calls, the booking — but only you know whether the homeowner signed. Closes get logged with the job value on them, either by you or by us from what you tell us, and you're looking at the same record we are. We'll check in on anything that's been sitting.

I don't want rev share. Can I just buy a website or SEO?

Yes. Websites, SEO/AEO, and CRM builds carry no revenue share at all. They're priced one of two ways: a one-time project fee to build it, or a flat monthly if you want us running it afterward — your call which. Rev share is what we prefer and what we're best at, but if you just need the site rebuilt or your map pack fixed, that's a normal engagement and we're happy to quote it.

Do I get a CRM with this?

You get access to ours. We run your leads through our own system — that's how we do the follow-up and keep track of deals — and you get a login so you can see everything while we're working together: every lead, every call, where each deal stands. It's included, there's nothing to set up, and it isn't yours to maintain. Because it's our tooling, it goes with us when the engagement ends. You keep every job you closed — the customer, the revenue, and whatever you've recorded on your own side.

If you want a CRM of your own — one that automates your whole process, not just our leads — that's the CRM implementation service. We'll work in what you already use (HubSpot, Go High Level, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro) or set one up from scratch, built in your account and yours to keep.

Am I locked into a contract?

No minimum term on the lead side — if it's not working for either side, we part ways and you keep every job you closed. Monthly management, if you've bought it, is month-to-month; cancel any time and we'll hand off cleanly. The only thing that survives is the share on jobs already in flight that came from our work.

What do you need from me?

Three things: answer your booked appointments, show up when we schedule you, and tell us when a job closes. That last one matters — it's what the rev share is calculated on, and it's the one thing we can't see from our side. Update it in the CRM yourself or just text us; either works. And if you can't take more volume, say so and we pause the ads — you'll never pay for work you can't serve.

Claim your market

One contractor per trade, per market.
When yours is claimed, it's closed.

Book a 30-minute demo and we'll run your market's numbers live on the call — how many homeowners are searching, what an appointment costs to generate, and exactly what a rev-share deal looks like on your ticket. Free, no retainer, no obligation.

Book your demo

Books straight onto our calendar. Pick any time that works. The demo itself is free — if we do a deal, activation is $300, which funds your first ads and comes off your first invoice.
